You can return an item within 3 days of receiving it.

Yes. If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund of the item’s purchase price, excluding any shipping or handling fees.

 Refunds are issued via bank transfer and may take up to 48 hours to reflect after approval.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

6. What condition must the item be in to qualify for a return?

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and undamaged
  
  

• Include all original tags and packaging
  
  

• Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
  
  

7. How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, email us at danyalsalam@gmail.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.

Important:

• Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  
  

• Please package items securely to avoid damage in transit.
  
  

• Items received damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
  
  

• Keep your proof of shipment until the return is processed.
