I always found Lahoris very welcoming and reminiscent of their glorious past, which is why the city itself lives and nothing gone is actually gone in Lahore. You can find it all in bits and pieces throughout the city. Every Lahori loves Lahore for a different reason. Being a poet, I believe emotions make us human. Daily interaction with the citizens of Lahore inspired me to record the sentiments attached to the city. In this effort I am truly grateful to Mr. Syed Babar Ali, Mr. Kamran Lashari and Mr. Saadan Peerzada for sharing valuable information and their personal archives with me.
